Intro to Tai Chi, Yoga, & Pilates

Join us for Self-Soothe Saturday, a rejuvenating program that invites you to invigorate your body, mind, and spirit with guided yoga, meditation, and a wellness workshop. This iteration of the program will feature certified yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi instructor Brandon Anderson. The program will incorporate a combination of Tai Chi and Yogalates, with an introduction to each discipline, posture breakdowns, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions. Come learn about the benefits of each practice and leave feeling enlightened and revitalized.
