Small tin-glazed earthenware (delftware) dish decorated in cobalt blue with the half-length portraits of King William III and his wife Queen Mary II, who together reigned over the kingdoms of England, Scotland and Ireland beginning in 1689, both depicted in royal robes with crowns, inscribed with the initial W next to William's head and M between the couple, with R to the right of Mary's head, with three thin blue lines around the edge.
Small figure of a reaper or an allegory of autumn made of white soft-paste porcelain covered with a clear, lead-based glaze, in the form of a naked putto or cherub leaning against a coral-like "stump" and draped with a cloth that is belted at the waist, standing on an irregular, rocky base, under his left arm he holds a thick sheaf of wheat, his right arm is raised and outstretched and in his right hand he holds something, which has broken off (perhaps a sickle).
Large bulbous potpourri vase of black basalt decorated overall with bright colored enamels in the Chinese style with chrysanthemums and other flowers, exotic foliage and a rocky ground, birds and a butterfly, with two small loop handles, the pierced cover with an acorn finial, edged in red.
Round black jasper cameo with terracotta relief of a winged sphinx with its front left paw resting on a wheel. Because of its effeminate features, we believe this sphinx to be Greek in origin. However winged sphinxs were also common in early Asian and Minoan societies. As yet we do not know the significance of the wheel.
