Oval dark blue jasper medallion with white relief portrait of Sir Robert Peel (1788-1850) English Statesman, Founder of the Royal Irish Constabulary, Appointed Home Secretary in 1822, Leader of the House of Commons in 1828 and in 1834 became Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer.
White porcelain figure of a seated man playing the mandolin, seated on a tree stump with flowery branch on molded, rocky base, his legs crossed and his head turned to one side as though singing, wearing 18th century garb and hat.
Bust in profile left in uniform with the Order of the Black Eagle.
