Flag depicts the "veve" pattern of Erzulie Danthor, the "loa" associated with the black virgin, the Virgin of Czestochowa. The central motif of a red heart pierced by a knife floats on a gold background, surrounded by a border of lozenges and triangles in pink, green, and lavender. The name ERZILIE DANTHOR is in blue sequins against a silver background.
A black and white photograph of the upper portions of one of the two towers of the Brooklyn Bridge in New York city. The suspender and diagonal support cables creating a checkered and see through foreground. In the background, the tower and its two iconic Gothic Revival pointed or ogive arches are in lower part of the photograph with the sky is visible towards the top and through the arches. The diagonal cables converge to a point in the center of the photograph.
