Coeberghe was an architect, painter, and engraver. He is seen here in portrait from the waist up. He leans on a colomn with his right arm and looks out at the viewer. He wears a skullcap and a long jacket. This is from the Gillis Hendricx edition of the Iconography (Icones Principum Virorum Doctorum, Pictorum Chalcographorum Statuorum nec non Amatorum Pictoriae Artis Numero Centum), 1632-44.
Albumen print with eight images of a nude woman in varied poses mounted onto blue paper with printed text "A.CALAVAS Éditeur, — 68, Rue de Lafayette, PARIS." Paper is mounted to 2-ply non-acidic mat board. Appears to have been removed from a book binding.
