Helmet Pitcher, China, porcelain with underglaze blue decoration, Export ware
Creamware sweetmeat dish of a creamy yellowish color, shell-shaped with shell edge highlighted in magenta enamel, with shell scrolled handle likewise highlighted in magenta and a hand-painted magenta floral sprig in the well, resting on two stout conical feet.
Plain creamware fruit basket and stand, oval, the basket with flared sides and a pair of double intertwined cord handles with flower and leaf terminals, the lower exterior part of the basket and the center of the stand are fluted, the sides of the basket and the rim of the stand decorated with a band of pierced openwork pattern and cable borders.
Chatelaine of cut steel, the large steel hook set with an octagonal medallion of solid dark blue jasper with white jasper bas relief of a standing classical figure next to a column holding a mirror in her left hand and surrounded by a stiff leaf border, on either side large, round beaded florettes of cut steel from which extend three chains united on one side by a similar round beaded element and on the other by a hook, from the beaded element extend four additional chains, two of which end in beaded tassels, one has attached a round solid blue jasper medallion with white jasper bas relief of on one side "Hebe and the Eagle" and on the other a striding classical figure set into a seal, and the last has attached a round solid blue jasper medallion with white jasper bas relief of on one side Hebe and the Eagle and on the other a group of classical figures at an altar set into a key; attached to the hook on the other side is a small, delicate tooled gold book with ivory leaves.
