Small asparagus shell, or server, of white soft-paste porcelain with low vertical, scalloped sides that taper towards one end, open at both ends to allow bundles of asparagus spears to be contained inside, the interior printed in underglaze blue in a variation of the Caughley "Temple" pattern, the border above comprised of a series of blue squares with round reserves and blue dots.
New Year's card with an original view of the Trier Cathedral from the eleventh century, in original red leather gilt etui with descriptive card.
Urn of black basalt on thick, square plinth decorated with bands of palmettes, with round foot with band of overlapping acanthus leaves, the otherwise plain, urn-shaped body with exaggerated leafy garlands with clusters of berries where they meet, in the center on one side a molded medallion with the Three Graces, with two pistol handles that terminate in leafy spreads, the neck and shoulder fluted and with a band of beading around the lip, the cover a facsimile.
