Large water glass, or goblet, with a deep bowl and short stem, the bowl in reddish-pink glass that fades to pink lower down the bowl, with vertical ridges that contain a pattern of black spots that resemble watermelon seeds, the fluted stem of light green glass, the round foot is of clear glass.
Fragments of the Statue of Liberty are shown on four consecutive frames on a strip of film at the center of the composition; the French flag is presented on the bottom left and the upper right; the American flag is presented on the bottom right and upper left.
Crossroads
A press-molded circular pitcher with pink glaze, a broad spout, and tall neck decorated in relief with a grapevine motif. The handle is in the form of a greyhound, which appears to be climbing into the jug. The body is decorated in relief with hunting scenes: hounds attacking a stag on one side and mastiffs attacking a boar on the other.
