Horizontal painting with procession of walkers, only lower half of legs shown; abstracted patterns typical of parfleche paintings form walking path beneath their feet.
The carved arm of the halibut hook is 10" alder (?) and represents a side view of a heron with neck folded. The vendor stated it was a cormorant, but I doubt this. The barb arm is 10". No barb.
The joints are all fastened with wood pegs. No top. Practically the same design on both sides. (See diagram on accession card.)
