Modeled after a fire mark issued by the United Fireman's Insurance Company of Philadelphia in 1860 (reproduction).
Light blue jasper with white relief of swag containing roses and other flowers with oval "sunflower" patera supports and two trailing end on left, with three Dancing Hours figures to right; one sprinkling flowers, one holding a basket of flowers, and one holding a laurel wreath. All on landscape ending before the swag. Small crack in landscape. Installed in perimeter of Frieze Room.
Small round button comprised of a dark blue jasper medallion with white jasper bas relief of Perseus and Andromeda – Andromeda steps down from the rock, her left hand is supported by Perseus – in a cut-steel mount with gadrooned border, with eye on back.
Round, shallow, pearlware dish with scalloped edges, the well and sides of the dish painted with the scene of a seated nude female looking to her left, she holds a pink cloak or drapery in both hands around her back and a white cloth is draped over her lap, in front of her is a large brown urn for carrying water, she sits in a landscape with leafy green water foliage and blue sky behind her.
