This black and white image shows a man from the waist up with his arms stretched ot his sides. They are cut off above the elbow by the edges of the image. His hair and long beard are whipping in the wind. At the figures lower left is the face of an African American man. Behind the figure's waist are two covered wagons, one to his left and the other to his right. In the darkened background of the image, a tornado touches down on the horizon.
This image is created with black ink on yellowed paper. It represents the façade of “The Bank for Savings & Trusts.” In the lower eighth of the image, there is an empty sidewalk and a small portion of the street.
