Self-Soothe Saturday invites visitors to invigorate the body, mind, and spirit with guided yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops designed to educate, enlighten and revitalize.
For this rendition of the quarterly program, we highlight men’s mental health with an introductory conversation with professional mental health therapist Jason Perry. A guided meditation and affirmation session led by Tania De’Shawn followed by a movement and yoga exercise led by physical trainer Adam Burton. The program concludes with a Self-Reflection Mask activity led by Shekinah Lee MEd, ALC, NCC.
