Meet an Artist: Willie Williams

Calling all young artists! Meet Birmingham-based artist Willie Williams in ArtVenture, our interactive space for families, to learn how he creates his metal sculptures that you can find around Birmingham (one of his sculptures is right behind the Museum at CityWalk!). Kids will also have an opportunity to make their own sculptures and get tips from the artist himself.

Heads up parents! This event is informal. Willie will speak about his work starting at 10 am, but if you miss his talk, we’ll offer a chance to meet him and have special art activities on hand until noon.
