This color photograph represents train tracks at a small train station. The foreground shows a gray platform, beyond which is a signal and an old woman with gray hair walking in a black dress and red cardigan. To her left is grass and to her right are tracks without a train. Beyond those tracks is a platform with posts, bushes, and a small building. Past the platform is a train pulling into the station and a row of trees.

We see, from across a single lane road, a small wooden store that bears signs for Coca Cola, bread and cigarettes. On either side of the screen door entrance, women and children sit relaxing on benches beneath the storefront overhang.
