Small, oblong, octagonal sugar box of white porcelain with gilding, painted with small reserves on the sides with Chinoiserie scenes inside (a Chinese figure preparing tea on one side and a Chinese figure with a bird and cage on the other), "indianische Blumen" are scattered over the rest of the box, the cover likewise painted with Chinese figures, one with bells, the other preparing tea, with wide gilt and scrollwork borders as well as a Chinese-inspired floral border, the finial in the shape of a pagoda.
