Squat, urn-shaped silver covered sugar bowl resting on a square base that is decorated with bright-cut engraving in a pattern of floral motifs at the corners and bands of squiggly dots between, the round, pierced foot decorated with stylized floral elements in roundels, the body with a pierced middle section in a repetitive geometric pattern that mirrors the decoration on the foot, the upper body engraved with empty circular reserves and leafy and dot swag motifs, the neck with a pierced wavescroll band below a beaded edge, the elongated, domed cover likewise engraved on the inverted shoulder with bands of repeating dots, scallops, and ovals, with small urn finial.
