Small oval teapot of sterling silver, the body with serpentine sides, a flat shoulder and raised neck into which fits the domed cover with a finial in the shape of a covered urn, the spout is long and straight, the ear-shaped handle of teakwood with a slightly scrolled thumb rest, the sides are decorated with bright-cut engraving in a pattern of floral garlands surrounding a central shield with on one side a bird with outstretched wings below a banner, the other shield empty, the upper and lower body decorated with a band of stylized floral elements.

Large creamware wash bowl with black transfer decoration that includes a floral border and the inscription "John Peter and Ann DuPort, Guernsey, 1786" on the interior below the rim, in the central well a cartouche with the scene of a farm landscape.
