Four Stars/Stripping quilt, at least 150 years old, sold to Cargo by Mrs. George H. Styles, September 28, 1983
Colorful quilt in the "Everybody" or "Sampler" pattern comprised of a semi-grid of quilt blocks in a variety of traditional patterns, mostly geometric and with a central star made of pastel-colored fabrics, in one corner a block with a mule and in another a large blue and yellow star, the lining plain white and made from textiles from St. Joseph’s Hospital.
