Glacier
A sculptural installation that comprises a 4 x 8 foot section of commercial lattice, painted flat black and leaned vertically against the wall. A large framed black and white photograph hangs on the lattice; its image (of a girl and a kitten) is printed in negative. Placed on the floor in front of the lattice are a pair of sneakers, an unglazed ceramic goblet, and a wicker chair that has been painted white.

A black and white photograph of one of the two towers of the Brooklyn Bridge in New York city. The main cables along with diagonal ties run from the top of the tower with vertical suspenders connecting to the tessellated frame of the bridge deck. The two Gothic Revival pointed or ogive arches are visible behind the curtain of cables. The blocks of stone appear in varying tones of gray in the photograph.
