This etching is created with black ink on paper. It represents a row of houses along a street. There is a tree immediately in front of the house in the foreground. Leaning on that tree is a collapsing fence, also in front of the house. Beyond the fence is a sidewalk and then a street. A group of figures and a single figure walk in the middle ground on the street. Above the group of figures a power line runs across the street to a power pole with a street light. Power poles and lines run along the opposite side of the street. Houses extend down the street.
