This model is based on Rauch's monument for Friedrich II in Berlin.
Solid white jasper cup and saucer with green jasper dip and applied lilac and white relief decoration, cylindrical in shape and decorated with applied lilac medallions containing flying cupids, and white relief including heavy fruiting festoons terminating at ram's heads, ribbons, classical vignettes and trophies, with floral motifs around the lower body and below the lip a trail of scrolls with small leafy elements, with leaf-molded handle, the saucer similarly decorated.
Bust in profile left in civilian dress in contemporary brass frame.
Head in profile right, in cast-iron frame with crown above.
