Small oval medallion of solid blue jasper with white bas relief of Bellerophon watering Pegasus below Parnassus – Pegasus, the winged horse, led by Bellerophon bows his head in drink before attacking the three-headed monster Chimaera – set in a simple silver mount with horizontal pin on reverse.
Shallow, wide bowl of black stoneware covered inside and out with a rough volcanic glaze that is pink and white in the well against the dark ground.
Large, heavy, urn-shaped font of black basalt on molded foot, the exterior is decorated in the round with simple festoons, or swags of drapery, looped through rings that rest at the shoulder, the shoulder molded and the neck slightly concave, the flared lip with a banded reed border.
