Cast from mold with profile portrait of George Washington
Large creamware chocolate pot of truncated cone shape with a small beak-shaped spout and indented loop handle, the body decorated in shades of green and brown with entwined garlands of husk ornaments, the unusual, rare double cover similarly decorated and with a ball finial highlighted with a pink floral element.
On a rectangular base, the match holder is in the form of a cannon with the inscription "Marengo/Wagram/Austerlitz"; the candle holder if in the form of a flower.
Oil flask of black basalt in the Greek lekythos shape with bulbous body that tapers to a small round foot, loop handle attached to the narrow neck and bowl at the top with a small opening to the body and no pouring spout, on one side decorated in red enamel with the figure of a seated classical figure holding a dish in one hand and a lotus flower in the other, the neck, upper rim and handle edged in red, with a band of floral elements just below the lip and down the handle, the other side is left blank.
