Deep, round, footed bowl of red earthenware, the sides are decorated with an alternating pattern of horizontal lines and stylized sheaves of wheat, the bright blue glaze of the body (the foot is left unglazed) pools in the crevices of the design to leave the color of the clay visible on the raised portions, the glaze also thins at the rim to reveal the color of the clay beneath.
Tall, heavy, urn-shaped vase of black basalt resting on small square base, the round foot with a band of acanthus leaves at edge, the lower body with large applied stylized acanthus leaves and separated from the upper body by a band of bound rods that encircle the body, the upper body on each side with the same relief scene of Prometheus chained to a rock and being attacked by an eagle, who attempts to eat his liver, with two large molded handles of draped female herm figures with outstretched arms, their hands entwined with, or bound by, snakes, the flat shoulder extends to a long neck that is decorated on each side with rams heads, the upper protruding edge is fluted, with pointed cover.
Louis XVI mantel clock set with six plaques of soft-paste porcelain, each decorated with brightly colored enamels in imitation of jewels in a pattern of scrolls and foliage in green, turquoise, red, and gold on a white ground, the plaques fit into a plinth-shaped gilt-bronze frame flanked by four rock crystal Corinthian columns with gilt-bronze capitals and surmounted by draped urn finials, on top a large, central rock crystal classical urn draped with gilt-bronze garlands, the blue enamel clock face surrounded by a white enamel dial is mounted with two gilt-bronze classical figures with bells and mythological motifs, the base with scrolling foliage on four flattened bun feet
