Central figure in Chinese attire with the character "wang" meaning King on his crown. Dragon perched on his shoulders seated on cloud amidst waves as lightening crackles around him.; surrounding him are three onies, two in the air representing wind and thunder, another kneeling before the king offering a miniature mountain with bull and bird shaped mountains; mounted in gold and purple silk.
