Halibut hook (two part). The barb arm is of spruce with rusty iron barb. The carved arm is cottonwood representing "Hoosh-ta" the otter. The carving is recent, on an old piece of wood. The figure faces the barb, contrary to the usual practice - in part it seems the work of an amatuer.
