Emanuel Frockas, Count of Feria, was a general in Spanish service. He is seen here in portrait from the waist up, slightly angled towards the right, looking away from the viewer. He wears armor and holds a baton in his left hand. He stands infront of a curtain and cloudy sky. This is from the Gillis Hendricx edition of the Iconography (Icones Principum Virorum Doctorum, Pictorum Chalcographorum Statuorum nec non Amatorum Pictoriae Artis Numero Centum), published in 1645.
