Large, deep creamware charger painted in bright enamel colors in shades of yellow, green, brown, and blue, the front rim edged in yellow and the center with a scene that extends to the rim of Mercury floating from above, his right arm outstretched, towards a seated Paris, who extends his left arm with hand open to receive the Apple of Discord, on the right a seated puma looks on, in a rocky landscape with trees and a river edge in foreground; the reverse decorated with a band of zigzags in browns and blues interspersed with yellow and green circular motifs, with a green band and a blue band within which the artist's monogram, date 1858, and the inscription MERCVRIO presenta il pumo a PARIDE.
Solid white jasper cup and saucer with green jasper dip and applied lilac and white relief decoration, cylindrical in shape and decorated with applied lilac medallions containing flying cupids, and white relief including heavy fruiting festoons terminating at ram's heads, ribbons, classical vignettes and trophies, with floral motifs around the lower body and below the lip a trail of scrolls with small leafy elements, with leaf-molded handle, the saucer similarly decorated.
Small tin-glazed earthenware tile with an opaque, bluish ground, transfer-printed in black with the scene of a couple in 18th century garb dancing in a landscape with a pyramid in the background, within a scrolled border.
Creamware teapot, four-sided and with a diamond-shaped base, with foliate spout and handle, the bulbous body molded with four reserves that each contain exotic birds, the bands around the reserves and in between as well as the spout and handle highlighted in greenish-gray glaze
