Lilac and white jasperware rectangular box with cover with various classical scenes to lid and sides. On cover is the scene of Icarus and Daedalus, to the sides are scenes of cupids in various poses.
Vase of white stoneware, amphora-shaped and resting on a plain, square base of black basalt, the body covered with an opaque variegated glaze in shades of green with two handles of white stoneware in the form of large satyr masks whose horns curve up and attach to the lip of the vase, the plain cover with ball finial a facsimile.
The dish is a flat, open and almost bowl-like shape. The dish's exterior is beige stoneware decorated with dark brown flecks that decrease in number at the top of the base. There are some faint impressed lines along the dish's body. The interior is a light brown with dark brown flecks. The impressed lines on the form are also visible in the interior. As the interior moves toward the center of the bowl, the dark flecks begin to create lines that circle the interior form.
On a rectangular base the clock case is in the form of war trophies including helmets, swords, and a shield, the finial is in the shape of a helmet surmounted by a bird-like creature with outstretched wings; the clock is set in a gilt-bronze mount. Originally a pocket watch holder with the clock a later addition.
