Covered jar of creamy, glazed stoneware of cylindrical shape with an indented band around the main body about one-third down from the top with which to grip the jar, the lower body truncated to form a narrower foot, the recessed, flat cover with mushroom finial, the entire jar covered with an irregular, mottled glaze in shades of green, brown and beige, the cover with a uniform tan glaze.
