At the bottom, the tops of Grand Canyon rock formations reach towards the sky. Clouds in the top right almost touching the top left with a nearly clear sky on left side.
A multi-part wall mounted sculpture comprising the following three-dimensional elements: a black and white plastic cross bearing the words '16th St Baptist Church' that angles off the wall from a bracket at 45 degrees. The cross is hollow and open at its top end. Emerging from it is a large bouquet of mixed artificial flowers. At opposite sides of the bouquet's base there are two large bows, one yellow, one white. Hung to the left of the cross is a matted photograph in a gold frame. The photographic image is a video still of the cross and flowers described above. Directly below the photograph is a small rectangular wooden shelf bracketed to the wall at a 90 degree angle. The shelf is painted white, trimmed in a navy blue fringe, and topped by a fitted sheet of glass. Atop the shelf is a small white card, folded in half so it stands. The card front is printed with the text, "As Seen On TV."

On two sheets of paper that abut, a large horizontal rectangle filled with seven vertical rectangles made of lines, hatches, and solid areas appears. The vertical rectangle in the center is filled with a black and white checkerboard pattern.
