Cupid and Psyche, Germany , foundry unknown, cast iron
A soft-paste, white porcelain cup and saucer with overglaze puce enamel color, the cup fluted and with scalloped edge, painted with a design of ruins in a landscape, with scroll handle, the conforming saucer likewise fluted and with scalloped edge and painted with a similar design.
Paperweight with a small recumbent lion with crossed paws on rectangular base.
Tall vase of red earthenware, the body cylindrical and covered with a thick, opaque whitish glaze, the body of the vase with a series of striations encircling the body at regular intervals, with long streaks of a darker, bluish glaze down the side, the shoulder is wide and the neck short and squat, the edges of the neck and shoulder as well as the foot rubbed glaze free allowing the red clay to show through.
