Hands-On Culture Cases
Culture Cases come filled with material that helps your students explore and experience world cultures in a hands-on way. Each case includes touchable objects, images, books, music, and lesson plans to bring these cultures to life.

Resources are available for two-week check out.
Teachers are responsible for the safe return of culture cases and resources. Schools will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs should a case be returned with missing items or obvious vandalism. Schools will be invoiced $5.00 per day for items that are late. Schools will be invoiced full replacement costs for materials that are not returned within 10 days of due date.
Resource materials are available to Museum members FREE of charge. An Institutional membership for schools and organizations may be purchased for $30 and allows all faculty members of your school or organization free use of the resources.
Non-members may check out resources for a nominal fee: $25 for culture cases; $10 for poster sets; $5 for videos or DVDs.
Teachers in the following systems may use the resources without charge: Birmingham, Jefferson County, Vestavia, Mountain Brook, Shelby County and Hoover school systems.
