Join the Friends of American Art in the nation's capital as we explore the National Gallery of Art, Corcoran Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.  We will enjoy a special curator-led tour of the major exhibition The Civil War and American Art, which includes the Birmingham Museum of Art's masterpiece Looking Down the Yosemite, California (1865) by Albert Bierstadt.
