7PM // FILM SCREENING
We have partnered with Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival to offer a superior selection of films to accompany each First Thursday event. This week, Sidewalk will present The Art of the Steal, a 2009 documentary film about the decades-long efforts to resolve financial problems of the Barnes Foundation, an esoteric collection of mostly Modernist and post-Impressionist artworks, resulting in the officers' decision to break Albert C. Barnes's will and relocate the collection from Lower Merion to Philadelphia. The emphasis of the film is on the breaking of Barnes' will.

Oscar’s Wine Tasting
Codorniu Cava Brut, D.O. Cava
Codorníu is one of the world’s oldest family enterprises, striving to innovate and sustained by our passion for cava and winemaking. This cava was christened ‘Original’ as it is made from the same blend of grapes used by Josep Raventós, creator of Codorníu Cavas in 1872. Reserve wine adds depth and flavor to this crisp cava.
Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo.
Aveleda Casal Garcia, Vinho Verde
Soft tropical fruit fill the aroma with peaches and pears on the aftertaste. In the mouth it discloses acid, but has a good pretense. The finish is soft and delicate.
Vinhao, Azal, Borracal
Fillaboa Albarino, D.O. Rias Biaxas
A fresh wine with powerful apple and pineapple aromas combined with hints of citrus. With subtle memories of yogurt and stone fruit which give the wine its distinctive freshness. Soft on the palate, the wine exhibits a well balanced flavor profile, enhancing its complexity. Well integrated acidity, soft and refined, culminating in a lingering.
100% Albarino
Artazuri Garnacha, D.O. Navarra
A consumer-friendly wine that boasts heady aromas, succulent fruit and a good natural acidity, the Artazuri Garnacha is an ideal everyday wine. Bright cherry-red in color, it has aromas of ripe forest berries, lavender and violet. Well-balanced and medium-bodied on the palate, the wine is full of ripe fruit that persists through the finish.
100% Garnacha
Artadi Vinas de Gain, D.O.C. Rioja
A wine that clearly demonstrates the potential, quality and balance of a great Rioja, it is brilliant cherry-red in color and has fresh aromas of red fruit and blackberries, integrated with black licorice and notes of toasted exotic wood. The palate is structured with fine, elegant and persistent tannins that lead to a long and creamy finish.
